Scenario is very simple - Backend have SAP Business one and Front End Dashboard , If User is doing any edit or update in Query then it will reflect direct to dashboard without any fraction of second, I hope it will helpful in your developing area.
Five Steps to
perform Live Dashboard :
- Generate the User Query(s)
- Design dashboard(s) with SAP Crystal Dashboard Design
- Export the dashboard to flash file
- Package the Dashboard(s) with SAP Business One Dashboard Packaging Wizard
- Deploy the Dashboard Package in the target SAP Business One system
Step 1: Generating User Query
New Query generate based on Client Requirement in SAP
Businessone Environment :
In Below screenshot you are able to view the Query Preview.
While Saving the Query , Make sure you are giving full authentication to access database and save in category wise so it will helpful while you are working with Query manager.
Step 2: Design dashboard(s) with SAP Crystal Dashboard Design
Creating Custom design
dashboard as per the KPIs for analytical design.
Importing Data Connectivity for Live with SAP Business one Database, you can use with server name or IP Address and Click on Enable Send and Enable Load for Query Output.
Creating a new Dashboard Package to get accessibility in dashboard in SAP Business one.
Step 5 : Deploy the Dashboard Package in to target SAP Business One system
We have to IMPORT & ACTIVE Dashboard Package in Dashboard Manager.
